Airport Information Desk and Facilities
Information and Help Desk A Travelers Aid information desk (tel: 405 680 3271 or 405 680 3317 for paging) can be found in the baggage reclaim area on the first floor; there is also one information desk in the Departures area on the second floor, directly inside the main entrance to the terminal.
Airport Facilities Money and phone: There are two ATMs located at each end of the ticket counter level; a bureau de change facility is not available at the airport. Eating and drinking: There are a wide range of restaurants, snack bars and bars in the terminal and on both concourses. Shopping: There are newsagents and gift shops on both concourses. Several new shops have opened as part of the expansion project. Shops at the airport include speciality luggage, regional gifts and souvenirs, a newspaper vending machine and a CNBC News shop. Luggage services: There is a Skycap porter service available outside the terminal. Other facilities: The airport also provides a nursery and a first aid service next to the travel agents. A shoeshine service is also available in Arrivals, next to the car hire desks after baggage reclaim.
Conference and Business Facilities There is a VIP room on the third floor, accommodating 50-60 people. There are also three conference rooms; a small conference room on the third floor holds 10 people, a large conference room on the ticket counter level holds 50-60 people and another small conference room on the ticket counter level holds 14 people (tel: 405 680 3200). There are kiosks located throughout the terminal, providing fax, e-mail, photocopying and Internet services.
Disabled Facilities The airport is equipped with lifts, ramps and disabled toilets. A TDD telephone is available at the Travelers Aid booth on the baggage reclaim level. MedRide/Airport Express provides wheelchair and special needs transportation to different locations in the region (tel: 405 685 8267).
